Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures in Connection with the Partial Amendment of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act Enforcement Order
第二条（出入国管理及び難民認定法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amount of fees relating to the issuance of a residence card pursuant to Article 19-10, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (4) of the same Article, based on an application pursuant to the latter part of Article 19-13, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act filed before the effective date of this Cabinet Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 25, paragraph (1) (limited to the part pertaining to item (ix)) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act Enforcement Order after amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Immigration Control Act Enforcement Order").
この政令の施行の日前にされた入管法第十九条の十三第一項後段の規定による申請に基づく同条第四項において準用する入管法第十九条の十第二項の規定による在留カードの交付に係る手数料の額については、第一条の規定による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行令（以下「新入管法施行令」という。）第二十五条第一項（第九号に係る部分に限る。）の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the amount of fees in the case where a mid- to long-term resident who possesses a residence card issued before the effective date of this Cabinet Order receives the issuance of a specified residence card pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-15-2, paragraph (5) of the New Immigration Control Act based on an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-15-2, paragraph (1) of the New Immigration Control Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (ii)) (excluding the case where fees are exempted pursuant to the provisions of Article 25, paragraph (4) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act Enforcement Order), notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (5) of Article 25 of that Cabinet Order, the amount is to be the amount specified in the respective items, in accordance with the categories of permission set forth in Article 25, paragraph (1), item (i) (excluding the part pertaining to (a)) or item (ii) of that Cabinet Order pertaining to the application set forth in Article 19-15-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the New Immigration Control Act pertaining to that application (or, in the case where fees are reduced pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, the amount after the reduction pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph).
この政令の施行の日前に交付された在留カードを所持する中長期在留者が、新入管法第十九条の十五の二第一項（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による申請に基づき新入管法第十九条の十五の二第五項の規定により特定在留カードの交付を受ける場合（出入国管理及び難民認定法施行令第二十五条第四項の規定により手数料を免除する場合を除く。）における手数料の額については、同令第二十五条第五項の規定にかかわらず、当該申請に係る新入管法第十九条の十五の二第一項第二号に掲げる申請に係る同令第二十五条第一項第一号（イに係る部分を除く。）又は第二号に掲げる許可の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める額（同条第三項の規定により手数料を減額する場合にあっては、同項の規定による減額後の額）とする。
