第十条
The period referred to in item (i), (f) of the right-hand column of the entry for the activities listed in item (i) of the right-hand column under "Specified Skilled Worker" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act in the table of the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order is to include any period of residence with the status of residence of "Designated Activities" for which any of the activities listed in the items of Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions has been designated.
この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令の表の法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄第一号に掲げる活動の項の下欄第一号ヘの期間には、附則第六条第一項各号に掲げる活動のいずれかを指定されて特定活動の在留資格をもって在留した期間を含むものとする。
