Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2015; provided, however, that the provision amending, in the table, the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Student" of the Appended Table I (4) of the Act and the provisions of the following Article come into effect as of January 1, 2015.
この省令は、平成二十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、表の法別表第一の四の表の留学の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項の改正規定及び次条の規定は、平成二十七年一月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
With respect to the issuance of a certificate of eligibility (meaning the certificate prescribed in Article 7-2 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951)) pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 74 of 2014; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act"), the provisions listed in the following items apply even before the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, according to the categories of activities listed in the respective items:
出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十六年法律第七十四号。以下「改正法」という。）附則第四条の規定による在留資格認定証明書（出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）第七条の二に規定する証明書をいう。）の交付については、この省令の施行の日前においても、次の各号に掲げる活動の区分に応じ、当該各号に掲げる規定を適用する。
the activities listed in Article 4, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act: the provisions of the entry for the activities listed in item (i) in the right-hand column under "Highly Skilled Professional" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act in the table of the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ministerial Order for Criteria");
改正法附則第四条第一号に掲げる活動 この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令（以下「新基準省令」という。）の表の法別表第一の二の表の高度専門職の項の下欄第一号に掲げる活動の項の規定
the activities listed in Article 4, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act: the provisions of the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Business Manager" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act in the table of the New Ministerial Order for Criteria;
the activities listed in Article 4, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act: the provisions of the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act in the table of the New Ministerial Order for Criteria.
