第九条
For the purpose of applying the provisions of item (vi) of the right-hand column of the entry for the activities listed in item (ii) of the right-hand column under "Specified Skilled Worker" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act in the table of the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order, the same applies to a person who has resided with the status of residence of "Designated Activities" prescribed in paragraph (2) of the preceding Article.
