This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Rational Use of Energy, etc. to Establish a Stable Energy Supply and Demand Structure (Act No. 46 of 2022) come into effect.
この省令は、安定的なエネルギー需給構造の確立を図るためのエネルギーの使用の合理化等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律（令和四年法律第四十六号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日から施行する。
