Supplementary Provisions, Article 51Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People
第五十一条（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the estimated Young-Old Subsidy and fixed Young-Old Subsidy, the estimated young-old payments and fixed young-old payments, and the estimated aid for the old-old and fixed aid for the old-old, under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People (hereinafter referred to as the "Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act"), pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. (meaning the Insurers of employee insurance, etc. prescribed in Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act (Act No. 192 of 1958) as it stood before the amendment by Article 3 of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. to Establish a Sustainable Medical Insurance System (Act No. 31 of 2015; hereinafter referred to as the "National Health Insurance Act, etc. Partial Amendment Act") (excluding the Japan Health Insurance Association as the Insurer under Article 123, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act); the same applies hereinafter through Article 51-7 of the Supplementary Provisions) for fiscal year 2015 and earlier fiscal years.
平成二十七年度以前の年度の被用者保険等保険者（持続可能な医療保険制度を構築するための国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十七年法律第三十一号。以下「国保法等一部改正法」という。）第三条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法（昭和三十三年法律第百九十二号）附則第十条第一項に規定する被用者保険等保険者（健康保険法第百二十三条第一項の規定による保険者としての全国健康保険協会を除く。）をいう。以下附則第五十一条の七までにおいて同じ。）に係る高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律（以下「高齢者医療確保法」という。）の規定による概算前期高齢者交付金及び確定前期高齢者交付金、概算前期高齢者納付金及び確定前期高齢者納付金並びに概算後期高齢者支援金及び確定後期高齢者支援金については、なお従前の例による。
