Supplementary Provisions, Article 12

With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 48 through Article 50 of the New Elderly Health Act to the expenses required for medical care, etc. provided during the period from the Effective Date through September 30, 2006 and the expenses required for the execution of affairs concerning those services, in accordance with the category of the period in which the medical care, etc. is provided, as set forth in column 1 of the following table, the phrase set forth in column 3 of the table in the provisions set forth in column 2 of the table is deemed to be replaced with the phrase set forth in column 4 of the table, respectively.
