第二十五条（老人保健法の一部改正に伴う国家公務員共済組合の業務等の特例）
With regard to the application of the provisions of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 128 of 1958) in the case where contributions are collected pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Elderly Health Act, the phrase "Article 53, paragraph (1)" in Article 3, paragraph (4) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "Article 53, paragraph (1) and Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act".
新老健法附則第三条第一項の規定により拠出金の徴収が行われる場合における国家公務員共済組合法（昭和三十三年法律第百二十八号）の規定の適用については、同法第三条第四項中「第五十三条第一項」とあるのは、「第五十三条第一項及び同法附則第三条第一項」とする。
With regard to the application of the provisions of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 152 of 1962) in the case where contributions are collected pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Elderly Health Act, the phrase "Article 53, paragraph (1)" in Article 113, paragraph (1) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "Article 53, paragraph (1) and Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act".
新老健法附則第三条第一項の規定により拠出金の徴収が行われる場合における地方公務員等共済組合法（昭和三十七年法律第百五十二号）の規定の適用については、同法第百十三条第一項中「第五十三条第一項」とあるのは、「第五十三条第一項及び同法附則第三条第一項」とする。
