第二十四条（事業費拠出金等に関する規定の施行前の準備）
When the Minister of Health and Welfare intends to specify the Cabinet Order referred to in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Elderly Health Act, and when the Minister intends to specify the Cabinet Order referred to in Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Elderly Health Act, the Minister may hear the opinion of the Elderly Health Council before the Effective Date. In this case, the opinion stated by the Elderly Health Council is deemed to be the opinion stated by the council specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 7 of the New Elderly Health Act.
厚生大臣は、新老健法附則第三条第一項の政令を定めようとするとき、及び新老健法附則第四条第一項の政令を定めようとするときは、施行日前において老人保健審議会の意見を聴くことができる。この場合において、老人保健審議会が述べた意見は、新老健法第七条に規定する政令で定める審議会が述べた意見とみなす。
