Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Concerning Health Care Facilities for the Elderly
第十三条（老人保健施設に関する経過措置）
A health care facility for the elderly prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (4) of the Former Elderly Health Act pertaining to the permission under Article 46-6, paragraph (1) of the Former Elderly Health Act is deemed to be a health care facility for the elderly prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (4) of the New Elderly Health Act, as replaced pursuant to Article 1-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Elderly Health Act, pertaining to the permission under Article 46-6, paragraph (1) of the New Elderly Health Act.
旧老健法第四十六条の六第一項の許可に係る旧老健法第六条第四項に規定する老人保健施設は、新老健法第四十六条の六第一項の許可に係る新老健法附則第一条の二の規定により読み替えられた新老健法第六条第四項に規定する老人保健施設とみなす。
