第十五条
In view of the fact that, where the amount of expenses required for the benefits prescribed in Article 28, paragraph (1), item (i) of the New Elderly Health Act is low, the ratio of the amount of the co-payment prescribed in that item to that amount may become remarkably high, the government is to, when it finds it necessary, review how the co-payment referred to in that item should be and take required measures based on the results.
政府は、新老健法第二十八条第一項第一号に規定する給付に要する費用の額が低額である場合には当該額に対する同号に規定する一部負担金の額の割合が著しく高くなることがあることにかんがみ、必要があると認めるときは、同号の一部負担金の在り方について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
