第十四条（検討）
Taking into consideration the trends in medical expenses for the elderly after the enforcement of this Act, the state of operation of each medical insurance such as the state of settlement of accounts of health insurance societies, the trends in the amount of medical expense contributions under the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly, etc., the government is to conduct a review, by fiscal year 1990, of the method of calculating the contributions of Insurers and other matters concerning the amendments made by this Act, and to take required measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後における老人医療費の動向、健康保険組合の決算の状況等各医療保険の運営の状況、老人保健法による医療費拠出金の額の動向等を勘案し、昭和六十五年度までの間に保険者の拠出金の算定方法その他この法律による改正に係る事項に関し検討を行い、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
