Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2024; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、令和六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provision amending Article 1 of the Act on Mental Health and Welfare for Persons with Mental Disorders or Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the "Mental Health and Welfare Act") in Article 7, and the provision amending Article 5 of the Mental Health and Welfare Act (limited to the part deleting ", psychopathy"), and the provisions of Article 3, Article 23, and Article 43 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation
The provisions of Article 1, the provisions amending Article 21-5-7, paragraph (1), Article 33-18, paragraph (1), Article 33-20, paragraph (5) and Article 33-22 of the Child Welfare Act and the provision adding two Articles after Article 33-23 of that Act, in Article 4, the provisions of Article 7 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the preceding item), the provisions amending Article 5, Article 20, Article 22, Article 45-3, paragraphs (2), (3) and (7) and Article 74-3, paragraph (4) of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the "Disability Employment Promotion Act") in Article 9, the provisions amending Article 9, paragraphs (2) through (4) of the Act on Welfare of Physically Disabled Persons in Article 13, and the provisions amending Article 9, paragraphs (2) through (4) of the Act on Welfare of Mentally Retarded Persons in Article 14, and the provisions of Articles 4, 10, 11, 21, 22, 24, 36 and 37 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2023
第一条の規定、第四条中児童福祉法第二十一条の五の七第一項、第三十三条の十八第一項、第三十三条の二十第五項及び第三十三条の二十二の改正規定並びに第三十三条の二十三の次に二条を加える改正規定、第七条の規定（前号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）、第九条中障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（以下「障害者雇用促進法」という。）第五条、第二十条、第二十二条、第四十五条の三第二項、第三項及び第七項並びに第七十四条の三第四項の改正規定、第十三条中身体障害者福祉法第九条第二項から第四項までの改正規定並びに第十四条中知的障害者福祉法第九条第二項から第四項までの改正規定並びに附則第四条、第十条、第十一条、第二十一条、第二十二条、第二十四条、第三十六条及び第三十七条の規定 令和五年四月一日
