Supplementary Provisions, Article 32Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第三十二条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed prior to the enforcement of this Act (excluding those that fall under acts in violation of Article 85, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Former Act and that relate to an order under Article 15, paragraph (1) of the Former Act which ceases to be effective at the time this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions) and to acts committed after the enforcement of this Act concerning matters for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
