Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures Concerning Working Life Counselors for Persons with Disabilities
第十五条（障害者職業生活相談員に関する経過措置）
A person who has finished the training course implemented by the Minister of Labour referred to in Article 79, paragraph (1) of the Former Act, or a person who is, at the time this Act comes into effect, appointed as a working life counselor for persons with physical disabilities pursuant to that paragraph, is deemed to be, respectively, a person who has finished the training course implemented by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 79, paragraph (1) of the New Act, or a person who is appointed as a working life counselor for persons with disabilities pursuant to that paragraph.
旧法第七十九条第一項の労働大臣が行う講習を修了した者又はこの法律の施行の際現に同項の規定により身体障害者職業生活相談員として選任されている者は、それぞれ、新法第七十九条第一項の厚生労働大臣が行う講習を修了した者又は同項の規定により障害者職業生活相談員として選任されている者とみなす。
