In the event that a prefectural governor has issued an order under the provisions of Article 30-15, paragraph (6), an instruction under the provisions of Article 30-16, paragraph (1), or a recommendation under the provisions of the preceding Article, and the establisher or administrator of a hospital, etc. subject to a report on medical institution functions, etc. who has received the relevant order, instruction or recommendation fails to comply with it, the prefectural governor may make a public announcement to that effect.
都道府県知事は、第三十条の十五第六項の規定による命令、第三十条の十六第一項の規定による指示又は前条の規定による勧告をした場合において、当該命令、指示又は勧告を受けた医療機関機能等報告対象病院等の開設者又は管理者がこれに従わなかつたときは、その旨を公表することができる。
