第九条（検討）
In the case where three years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, the government, taking into account the status of enforcement of the New Employment Security Act and if it finds it necessary, is to consider the provisions of the New Employment Security Act and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を経過した場合において、新職業安定法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新職業安定法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
