第六条
With regard to an order for the revocation of a license or for the suspension of a business or operations against a person who, at the time this Act comes into effect, is actually conducting employment placement services, worker recruitment or worker supply services after obtaining a license or filing a notification pursuant to the provisions of the Former Employment Security Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern as to grounds that arose before this Act comes into effect.
