附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one month from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 28 of the Unemployment Insurance Act apply to expenses for fiscal year 1959 and subsequent fiscal years.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一箇月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、失業保険法第二十八条の改正規定は、昭和三十四年度以降の費用について適用する。
In the case where the Minister of Labor has ordered, pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Act on Temporary Measures for Coal Mine Workers Who Have Left Their Jobs (Act No. 199 of 1959), that employment placement activities be carried out as a measure to promote taking up employment in other regions, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 20-4 of the New Act, the Minister of Labor is deemed to have ordered the employment placement activities prescribed in Article 19-2 of the Employment Security Act as amended by this Act.
炭鉱離職者臨時措置法（昭和三十四年法律第百九十九号）第三条の規定により労働大臣が他の地域において職業に就くことを促進するための措置として職業紹介活動をすることを命じた場合には、新法第二十条の四の規定の適用については、労働大臣がこの法律による改正後の職業安定法第十九条の二に規定する職業紹介活動をすることを命じたものとみなす。
