附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
In this Act, "head of a school" includes the head of a school under the previous provisions that continues to exist pursuant to the provisions of Article 98 of the School Education Act; "head of a university" includes the heads of the universities, upper secondary schools, technical colleges, and teacher training schools that continue to exist pursuant to the provisions of that Article; and "head of an upper secondary school" includes the head of a secondary school that continues to exist pursuant to the provisions of that Article.
この法律中、「学校の長」には、学校教育法第九十八条の規定により存続する従前の規定による学校の長を、「大学の長」には、同条の規定により存続する大学、高等学校、専門学校及び教員養成諸学校の長を、「高等学校の長」には、同条の規定により存続する中等学校の長を含むものとする。
