If a provider of recruitment/candidate information in a specified manner violates the provisions of Article 5-5, the preceding Article or Article 51, or an order under the provisions of Article 48-3, paragraph (1), the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may order the suspension of all or part of its service of providing recruitment/candidate information in a specified manner for a designated period.
厚生労働大臣は、特定募集情報等提供事業者が第五条の五、前条若しくは第五十一条の規定又は第四十八条の三第一項の規定に基づく命令に違反したときは、期間を定めて当該特定募集情報等提供事業の全部又は一部の停止を命ずることができる。
