常時百人以上の労働者を使用する事業場において昭和二十六年四月以後において業務上負傷し、又は疾病にかかつた者については、昭和二十七年七月から九月までの平均給与額が、当該労働者の負傷し、又は疾病にかかつた日の属する四半期の平均給与額の百分の百二十をこえる場合は、その比率
for a person who was injured or contracted a disease in the course of employment in or after April 1951 at a workplace that regularly employs 100 or more workers, if the average amount of pay for July through September 1952 exceeds 120 percent of the average amount of pay for the quarter that includes the day on which that worker was injured or contracted the disease, that ratio;
