Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (4), item (iv)
常時百人未満の労働者を使用する事業場において業務上負傷し、又は疾病にかかつた者が、前各号に該当する場合においては、命令で定める比率
in the case where a person who was injured or contracted a disease in the course of employment at a workplace that regularly employs fewer than 100 workers falls under any of the preceding items, the ratio specified by order;
