常時百人以上の労働者を使用する事業場において昭和二十二年九月一日から昭和二十六年三月三十一日までの間において業務上負傷し、又は疾病にかかつた者で前号の場合に該当しないものについては、昭和二十七年七月から九月までの平均給与額が、会計年度における平均給与額の百分の百二十をこえる場合は、その比率
for a person who was injured or contracted a disease in the course of employment during the period from September 1, 1947 to March 31, 1951 at a workplace that regularly employs 100 or more workers and who does not fall under the case referred to in the preceding item, if the average amount of pay for July through September 1952 exceeds 120 percent of the average amount of pay in the fiscal year, that ratio;
