Supplementary Provisions, Article 143, paragraph (2)
第百十四条の規定の適用については、当分の間、同条ただし書中「五年」とあるのは、「三年」とする。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 114, for the time being, the term "five years" in the proviso to that Article is deemed to be replaced with "three years".
