Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (8)
この法律の施行前にした旧法の在留資格に伴う在留期間に係る旧法第二十一条第二項の規定による申請は、附則第二項の規定によりみなされる新法の在留資格に伴う在留期間に係る新法第二十一条第二項の規定による申請とみなす。
An application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 21, paragraph (2) of the Former Act before this Act comes into effect in relation to the period of stay accompanying a status of residence under the Former Act is deemed to be an application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 21, paragraph (2) of the New Act in relation to the period of stay accompanying the status of residence under the New Act that is deemed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions.
