Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (7)
この法律の施行前にした旧法第二十条第二項又は第二十二条の二第二項の規定による申請は、それぞれ、当該在留資格に応ずる附則第二項の表の下欄に掲げる新法の在留資格に係る新法第二十条第二項又は第二十二条の二第二項の規定による申請とみなす。
An application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (2) or Article 22-2, paragraph (2) of the Former Act before this Act comes into effect is deemed to be an application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (2) or Article 22-2, paragraph (2) of the New Act, respectively, in relation to the status of residence under the New Act set forth in the right-hand column of the table in paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions that corresponds to the relevant status of residence.
