第九項
Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (9)
この法律の施行前にした旧法第二十二条第一項又は旧法附則第九項の規定による申請は、それぞれ新法第二十二条第一項又は新法附則第九項の規定による申請とみなす。
An application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Former Act or paragraph (9) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Former Act before this Act comes into effect is deemed to be an application filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) of the New Act or paragraph (9) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act, respectively.
