Supplementary Provisions, Article 8, paragraph (2)
この法律の施行の際現に存する社債であって、社債管理者を定めていないもの（この法律の施行の日以後に前項の規定によりなお従前の例により社債管理者を定めないで発行された社債を含む。）には、新法第六百七十六条第七号の二に掲げる事項についての定めがあるものとみなす。
Bonds that actually exist at the time this Act comes into effect and for which no bond administrator has been designated (including bonds issued on or after the effective date of this Act without designating a bond administrator under the provisions then in force pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph) are deemed to have provisions on the matters set forth in Article 676, item (vii)-2 of the new Act.
