Supplementary Provisions, Article 3, paragraph (2)
旧会社法の規定による委員会設置会社の登記は、新会社法第九百十一条第三項第二十三号に掲げる事項の登記とみなす。
Registration of a company with committees under the provisions of the former Companies Act is deemed to be registration of the matters set forth in Article 911, paragraph (3), item (xxiii) of the new Companies Act.
