経過措置医療法人（けいかそちいりょうほうじん）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 84 of 2006, a medical corporation that is an association (社団), set up before that Act came into effect or applied for authorization of its establishment under Article 44, paragraph (1) before then and was authorized afterwards, whose articles of incorporation (定款) either say nothing about who receives its remaining assets or name someone other than the persons Article 44, paragraph (5) allows.

In Article 23, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2012, the ratio in Article 100, paragraph (3) of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act as it stood before that Act, as set in the articles of the Federation of National Public Service Personnel Mutual Aid Associations (国家公務員共済組合連合会); twice that ratio is used as the premium rate for October 2013 and for October 2014 in working out a lump-sum withdrawal payment (脱退一時金) for a person with category II EPI insured time.

移行計画（いこうけいかく）

A plan for becoming a new medical corporation (新医療法人) that a transitional medical corporation (経過措置医療法人) draws up and submits to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for certification as appropriate under Article 10-3, paragraph (1) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 84 of 2006.

経過配当（けいかはいとう）

In Article 26(1) and (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 10 of 2006, a dividend of surplus (剰余金の配当) by a resolution under Article 454(1) or (5) of the Companies Act, or by a resolution of the board of directors where the articles of incorporation so provide under Article 459(1) of that Act, whose record date (基準日) for payment falls before the day the Companies Act came into effect.
