異動申告書（いどうしんこくしょ）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 4 of 2017, the return filed under Article 42-2, paragraph (8) of this Act as it stood before that Act when a change described there occurred after a tax exemption application return (非課税適用申告書) was filed.

磁気テープ等（じきてーぷとう）

Magnetic tape or magnetic disks on which the details required in a statement of payments are recorded, submitted instead of the paper statement with the district tax office director's approval.

譲渡割課税道府県（じょうとわりかぜいどうふけん）

The prefecture named in Article 72-87, paragraph 1, where a business's place listed for its category in Article 72-78, paragraph 2 lies; for the time being Article 9-5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) has returns of the transfer levy of the local consumption tax (譲渡割) made to the district director of the tax office (税務署長) instead of that prefecture's governor.
