Taking into account the status of enforcement of the provisions of Article 21-5-15 of the new Child Welfare Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 24-9 of the new Child Welfare Act), Articles 7-2, 18 and 21 of the New Medical Care Act, Article 39 of the new Public Assistance Act, Article 65 of the new Social Welfare Act and Article 36 of the new Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 38 of the new Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act), etc., the government is to review how the standards that the head of a national administrative organ prescribes pursuant to those provisions should be and, when it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results.
