第二条（医療計画に関する経過措置）
A medical care plan that was determined or changed pursuant to Article 30-3 of the Medical Care Act before the revision (referred to as the "Former Act" in Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions) before this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a medical care plan determined or changed pursuant to the provisions of that Article, until it is determined or changed pursuant to Article 30-3 of the Medical Care Act after the revision.
