In view of the importance of the social role played by medical institutions in ensuring appropriate medical care in the region, the Government is to take the necessary measures for stabilizing the management base of medical institutions and ensuring the smooth continuation of their operations.
政府は、地域における適正な医療を確保するために医療機関が果たしている社会的役割の重要性にかんがみ、医療機関の経営基盤の安定及び業務の円滑な継続を図るための必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
