第四条（助成金に関する経過措置）
With regard to a benefit payment under Article 77, paragraph (1) of the Former Act for which the grounds for payment arose before the date prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧法第七十七条第一項の規定による給付金であってその支給事由が附則第一条ただし書に規定する日前に生じたものに関しては、なお従前の例による。
