Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Orders to Draw Up Plans for Hiring Persons with Physical Disabilities or Persons with Intellectual Disabilities
第三条（身体障害者又は知的障害者の雇入れ計画の作成命令に関する経過措置）
Among the orders issued pursuant to Article 46, paragraph (1) of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities before amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") during the period from the date of promulgation of this Act to the day before the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), an order directed at an employer that would not fall under Article 46, paragraph (1) of the New Act if the provisions of Article 72-4, paragraphs (4) and (5) of the New Act, and of Article 71, paragraphs (4) and (5) of the New Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced in Article 72-6 of the New Act, were applied on the day the order was issued ceases to be effective on the Effective Date.
この法律の公布の日からこの法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）の前日までの間に、この法律による改正前の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（以下「旧法」という。）第四十六条第一項の規定により発した命令のうち、当該命令を発した日において新法第七十二条の四第四項及び第五項並びに新法第七十二条の六において読み替えて準用する新法第七十一条第四項及び第五項の規定を適用するとしたならば、新法第四十六条第一項の規定に該当しないこととなる事業主に対するものは、施行日に、その効力を失う。
