Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1988; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 59, paragraph (1) (limited to the part deleting ", in addition to carrying out levy-related operations and the operations prescribed in Article 79, paragraph (2)," and the parts pertaining to items (i)-3, (i)-4 and (iii)-2 of that paragraph), the provisions amending Article 60, paragraphs (1) and (3), Article 60-2 and Article 64, the provisions that change Article 64-6 to Article 64-8 and Article 64-5 to Article 64-7, the provisions that change Article 64-4 to Article 64-5 and add one article after Article 64-3 (limited to the part pertaining to the operations set forth in Article 59, paragraph (1), item (iii)-2), the provisions amending Article 70-2 (excluding the part pertaining to Article 64-6 after amendment), the provisions amending Article 87, item (vi), and the provisions amending Article 2, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part amending "through Article 64-4"), and the provisions of Articles 5 and 14 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of July 1, 1987.
この法律は、昭和六十三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第五十九条第一項の改正規定（「、納付金関係業務及び第七十九条第二項に規定する業務を行うほか」を削る部分並びに同項第一号の三、第一号の四及び第三号の二に係る部分に限る。）、第六十条第一項及び第三項、第六十条の二並びに第六十四条の改正規定、第六十四条の六を第六十四条の八とし、第六十四条の五を第六十四条の七とする改正規定、第六十四条の四を第六十四条の五とし、第六十四条の三の次に一条を加える改正規定（第五十九条第一項第三号の二に掲げる業務に係る部分に限る。）、第七十条の二の改正規定（改正後の第六十四条の六に係る部分を除く。）、第八十七条第六号の改正規定並びに附則第二条第五項の改正規定（「第六十四条の四まで」を改める部分に限る。）並びに附則第五条及び第十四条の規定は、昭和六十二年七月一日から施行する。
