Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Co-Payments
第五条（一部負担金に関する経過措置）
From the date of enforcement of this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") to March 31, 1993, in Article 28, paragraph (1), item (i) of the New Elderly Health Act, the phrase "1,000 yen (when the amount of the relevant co-payment has been revised pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article, the amount of the relevant co-payment after the most recent revision pursuant to that paragraph)" is deemed to be replaced with "900 yen", and in item (ii) of that paragraph, the phrase "700 yen (when the amount of the relevant co-payment has been revised pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article, the amount of the relevant co-payment after the most recent revision pursuant to that paragraph)" is deemed to be replaced with "600 yen".
この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）から平成五年三月三十一日までの間は、新老健法第二十八条第一項第一号中「千円（次条第一項の規定により当該一部負担金の額が改定されたときは、直近の同項の規定による改定後の当該一部負担金の額とする。）」とあるのは「九百円」と、同項第二号中「七百円（次条第二項の規定により当該一部負担金の額が改定されたときは、直近の同項の規定による改定後の当該一部負担金の額とする。）」とあるのは「六百円」とする。
