第四条
The government is to strive to promote necessary measures concerning attendant nursing care and other nursing care provided at hospitals or clinics so that the elderly can appropriately receive such nursing care and other medical care under integrated management in accordance with their physical and mental characteristics.
政府は、病院又は診療所において行われる付添看護その他の看護に関し、老人がその心身の特性に応じこれらの看護とその他の医療を一体的な管理の下に適切に受けることができるよう、必要な施策の推進に努めるものとする。
