第十一条（平成三年度の拠出金の額の変更等）
The Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund under the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund (Act No. 129 of 1948) must, without delay after the enforcement of this Act, change the amount of the contribution each Insurer is to pay for fiscal year 1991, and notify each Insurer concerned of the amount of the contribution after the change.
社会保険診療報酬支払基金法（昭和二十三年法律第百二十九号）による社会保険診療報酬支払基金は、この法律の施行後遅滞なく、各保険者が平成三年度に納付すべき拠出金の額を変更し、当該各保険者に対し、変更後の拠出金の額を通知しなければならない。
The provisions of Article 59, paragraph (3) of the New Elderly Health Act apply mutatis mutandis to the case referred to in the preceding paragraph.
