第十二条（厚生労働省令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, necessary particulars concerning a sickbed conversion promotion services are prescribed by the Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
附則第二条から前条までに規定するもののほか、病床転換助成事業に関し必要な事項は、厚生労働省令で定める。
