第二十七条（確定拠出年金法による老齢給付金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 34 of the Defined Contribution Pension Act after the amendment by the provisions of Article 21 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73 of that Act) apply to a person who has not reached the age of 70 on the day preceding the effective date.
第二十一条の規定による改正後の確定拠出年金法第三十四条（同法第七十三条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、施行日の前日において、七十歳に達していない者について適用する。
