Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of January 1, 2002;provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 18 and 37 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 38 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of April 1, 2002.
この法律は、平成十四年一月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第十八条及び第三十七条の規定は公布の日から、附則第三十八条の規定は平成十四年四月一日から施行する。
