Article 294Declaration of Provisional Enforcement for the Judgment in the First Instance
第二百九十四条（第一審判決についての仮執行の宣言）
Upon petition, the court of second instance may rule to issue a declaration of provisional enforceability, in the form of a ruling, but only with regard to the part of the judgment in the first instance against which no objection has been entered.
控訴裁判所は、第一審判決について不服の申立てがない部分に限り、申立てにより、決定で、仮執行の宣言をすることができる。
