Any person falling under any of the following items is subject to imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 1,000,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who has conducted supervision in violation of Article 23, paragraph (1);
a person who has, by deception or some other wrongful act, received the license provided for in Article 23, paragraph (1), renewal of the period of validity of the license provided for in Article 31, paragraph (2), or permission for a change provided for in Article 32, paragraph (1);
an officer or employee of a supervising organization who has committed a violation in cases of violation of the order under Article 37, paragraph (3); or
an officer or employee of a supervising organization who has committed a violation in cases of violation of the provisions of Article 38.
