A defined contribution pension plan operational management institution must post a sign in the form specified by order of the competent ministry in a place easily visible to the public at each business office and, except in the case where the scale of its business is extremely small or other cases specified by order of the competent ministry, must also make the sign available for public viewing by automatic public transmission performed by connecting to a telecommunications line (meaning automatic transmission performed in response to a request from the public with the aim of being received directly by the public, excluding that which falls under broadcasting or wire broadcasting; the same applies in the following paragraph), pursuant to the provisions of order of the competent ministry.
確定拠出年金運営管理機関は、主務省令で定める様式の標識について、営業所ごとに公衆の見やすい場所に掲示するとともに、その事業の規模が著しく小さい場合その他の主務省令で定める場合を除き、主務省令で定めるところにより、電気通信回線に接続して行う自動公衆送信（公衆によって直接受信されることを目的として公衆からの求めに応じ自動的に送信を行うことをいい、放送又は有線放送に該当するものを除く。次項において同じ。）により公衆の閲覧に供しなければならない。
No person other than a defined contribution pension plan operational management institution may post, or make available for public viewing by automatic public transmission performed by connecting to a telecommunications line, the sign referred to in the preceding paragraph or a sign similar thereto.
確定拠出年金運営管理機関以外の者は、前項の標識又はこれに類似する標識を掲示し、又は電気通信回線に接続して行う自動公衆送信により公衆の閲覧に供してはならない。
