A person that falls under any of the following items is punished by a fine of not more than one hundred thousand yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、十万円以下の過料に処する。
a person that fails to give notice, in violation of the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1);
第十六条第一項の規定に違反して、通知をしない者
a person that fails to make a report or makes a false report, in violation of the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (2); or
第十六条第二項の規定に違反して、申出をせず、又は虚偽の申出をした者
a person that fails to make notification or makes false notification, in violation of the provisions of Article 47, Article 66, paragraph (1), Article 93, or Article 113, paragraph (1).
