A participant of a corporate-type pension plan acquires the status as a participant of a corporate-type pension plan on the day on which the person comes to fall under any of the following items:
企業型年金加入者は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するに至った日に、企業型年金加入者の資格を取得する。
when the person becomes employed at the place of business implementing the plan;
実施事業所に使用されるに至ったとき。
when the place of business or office (hereinafter referred to as the "place of business") or the ship where the person is employed becomes a place of business implementing the plan;
when a person employed at a place of business implementing the plan becomes a category I or IV EPI insured person; or
実施事業所に使用される者が、第一号等厚生年金被保険者となったとき。
when a person employed at a place of business implementing the plan acquires the qualifications specified by the corporate-type pension plan rules.
