第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the application of that Article to a foreign national who fell under any of the items of Article 24 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act before this Cabinet Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行前に出入国管理及び難民認定法第二十四条各号のいずれかに該当した外国人に対する同条の適用については、なお従前の例による。
